All digital downloads are final sale. Due to the instant-access nature of downloadable files, we are unable to offer cancellations, returns, or refunds once your purchase is complete. Please review your order carefully before checking out.

Physical & Personalized Products

All physical and personalized products are made to order and final sale. Because each item is handmade and customized specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, or offer refunds after your order has been placed. Please double-check all personalization details — including name, address, and gifting message — before submitting your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in preparing every order. However, if your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us at tia@paperxpastel.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will do our best to make it right.
